We have 6 homes in the Ocala area managed by Jennie Fudge.  Jennie is the BEST property Manager.  She visits the homes on a regular schedule and does a drive by to make sure the tenants are respecting the property as if it were their own.

Anytime a concern arises, Jennie is quick to address the issue holding all tenants accountable. She understand the importance of a landlord not to have a lapse in yearly contracts and keeps me / us notified of upcoming tenants who are renewing or leaving. Jennie's proactive commitment to her job brings us great comfort and trust.

We can count on Jennie to return our calls, emails and text messages. She is quick to keep us informed. It is not unusual to have her call us late at night and on weekends. This is just one of many ways that Jennie is dedicated to her customers.
